15 The Z-Axis of Reality: Zoe Life
Gen Z is named perhaps prophetically: they can actually be Gen Zoe.
Zoe is not biological life (bios).
Zoe is not psychological life (psyche).
Zoe is God’s own Life, before the world was, before there was time, uncreated Life that always was and always will be. Zoe is the word Jesus chose for Eternal Life, that only has a little bit to do with Heaven.
“This is Eternal Zoe Life, that they may know Him, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom He sent.”
“The religious diligently study the doctrines thinking that by just Scripture they might have Zoe Eternal Life. But oops, they refused to come to Me, the Person, for a relationship. They wanted the wrong Tree in the Garden, so they could stay in control of their schedule and their stuff.”
Jesus said:
“I have come that they may have LIFE (Zoe)—and life to the full.”
Zoe is:
- supernatural strength
- supernatural joy
- supernatural discernment
- supernatural wisdom
- supernatural hunger for holiness
- supernatural power over sin
- supernatural courage
- supernatural peace
- supernatural love
- supernatural overcoming of vices and addictions if we are yielded to Him and connected to others, and Learning so we can then turn and “strengthen our Family,” Luke 22.
- supernatural power over the laws of biology and physics if in real-time Connection and submission to Him
- supernatural unity
- supernatural insight into the world system
Zoe is radiation, nuclear power from beyond this current realm. Iron Man is lame.
If God lives inside you, His Life must leak out.
But the System is built on bios and psyche:
- emotional uplift
- intellectual teaching
- psychological inspiration
- behavioral modification
It never taps the Z-axis—the vertical dimension—the Life from Above.
Why?
- Because Zoe flows only in an Ecosystem, not what humans call a “church” to “attend.” There are some good people there, while others are sincere but need to be rescued. But the attendance-based thing is not where we escape “Flatlands” onto the Z-axis. His Ecosystem is:
- daily, ever-flowing, not assigned or scheduled or predictable
- relational
- surrendered
- desirous of holiness and Jesus’ stature
- interconnected
- priestly
- Spirit-led
Zoe cannot be scheduled.
It cannot be performed.
It cannot be uploaded to ProPresenter for the pre-practiced Show, identical for all three “services.”
It cannot be choreographed.
It cannot be “attended.”
Gen Z senses this.
They are the most spiritually hungry generation in decades.
But they are allergic to counterfeit.
They want the Z-axis—the real, vertical Life of God.
And that Life only flows in an Ecosystem.
